About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a hunter profile to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust client portfolio and have a proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sales skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

 


About the Project

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities in IT Staffing solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company growth objectives
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through effective lead generation, research, networking and client meetings
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, presenting Clarika’s value proposition, and customizing solutions accordingly
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and Clarika
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and ongoing business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Clarika and build brand awareness
  • Continuously develop and enhance sales skills, industry knowledge, and expertise through ongoing learning and professional development

Required Knowledge

  • 2 to 7 years of proven sales experience in the IT staffing industry, with a focus on new business development and revenue growth
  • Ability to hit weekly and monthly KPI’s and grow revenue and profit for the Company
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, hunting for new logos, and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with decision-makers at all levels of an organization. A focus on mid-market clients with direct relationships is desired.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn, Hubspot), and other relevant sales tools
  • A deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset, who can effectively work with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences
  • A passion for delivering high-quality services and solutions that drive client success
  • Excellent English communication skills.
