JLA S.A is a company that provides services in the food sector with a long history in the market. Provides a comprehensive service from production to marketing.
They contacted us to enhance the communication with our clients over the course of two year long projects. The punctual need was to develop a mobile app for the clients, to notify them whenever a task is completed and allow them to have an up-to-date report of the completion % of their project. In order to have that app, a web backend had to be developed too.
Scope of application for Android and iOS, web backend. They needed to enter data into the back-end and upload it to a server, so that they could view that data in their mobile applications. They needed to upload photos and text. And also to download MS Excel reports from the backend with the data.
Design, development, content creation, and collaboration was provided to improve the customer experience. The first 3 meetings were to understand the policy of the company and the market, some models were presented and then the web development began to run.
