Sippsa is a private medical provider company with 25 years of experience in the health services market and headquartered in Argentina.
Sipssa had an app but it was for informational purposes only, so they decided to update it to allow its users to manage their services and locate service providers. In addition, to generate specific content and notifications that allow users to always be updated.
We had a couple of meetings where all the necessary information regarding the client's requirements was sought. Communications with the entire management team and all the sections that the new mobile application needed to have.
The main challenge was to gather all the information that their clients might need in the same place, in addition, create a self-management platform in which they could consult their pending invoices, service credentials and print payment coupons to pay their pending invoices.
A list of service providers was also created so that users can geolocate those closest to them and contact them in the event of a medical emergency.
