What the role looks like
The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for generating qualified sales leads and opportunities with revenue contribution accountability. You will work across all marketing channels identifying ways to deliver results at targeted unit economics. Growth is the primary focus fot this role and success is based on mensurable performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative thinker with a passion for testing and experimenting with new ideas and approaches.
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, messaging, and offers that resonate with target audiences and drive lead generation.
Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
Utilize marketing automation tools to segment audiences, personalize messaging, and automate lead nurturing workflows.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and digital marketing.
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of demand generation activities, including tracking key metrics and reporting on performance to stakeholders.
What You’ll do
Meet monthly sales qualified leads (SQL), opportunities and budget targets.
Build and execute a lead generation engine that is scalable across geographies and industries. This is a very Hands - on - Role.
Responsible for achieving all demand generation pipeline and revenue targets through solution-based, customer-driven campaigns that span paid (SEM, Display, Social, E mail) and direct marketing (events, webinar, direct mail, thought leadership).
Responsible for strong alignment, communication, and accountability with Sales, SdR’s and other funcional teams
Own program/campaign performance reports and share insights to the broader team.
